I made a little promo video for my friends at Docker Brewery and Bakehouse. They are based down on Folkestone’s Harbour Arm. We wanted to capture the sights and sounds of the sourdough baking process, so I headed down there at 5am on a couple of mornings and tried to stay out of their way in the narrow space of their shipping container while my camera rolled.
Hopefully I managed to get an accurate record of the ambiance of that space, since it has now been decommissioned. Loyal fans of Docker will be pleased to know that their new premises, while a swanky upgrade, is still on the Harbour Arm, and still inside shipping containers. These are two essential ingredients to their unique loaves!
So as a document of their humble beginnings, an insight into one of the Arm’s pioneering passion projects, and hopefully an appetite whetter, feast your eyes on this:
