I’ve been messing around a bit with Static Site Generators just lately. I’ve tried to get up and running with a few now, got a bit lost, overwhelmed and frustrated, and bounced along to the next one. My first website!
The plan for this blog is to document my journey in web development. Failing that I can always muse about art, science, literature, technology, cinema, sport, and Folkestone.
I’ll probably post impromptu audio recordings from my studio room as I mess about with my guitars and synths, and tutorial videos from my YouTube channel as I make them (that’s another side project I’m taking on. I keep busy). These ought to give further insight into my creative processes. There will also be a separate page showcasing my past self-produced music releases.
I’ll probably add a portfolio page featuring examples of my initial attempts at web and logo design, before ultimately building a dedicated web design portfolio site as I start taking on freelance projects professionally. That’s if all goes well!
